Product Description: Indian atta (whole wheat flour) has distinct properties due to its inclusion of bran and germ, making it more nutritious and fiber-rich than refined flour. Its robust texture and higher protein content make it perfect for unleavened flatbreads, while its ability to absorb water and form gluten ensures versatility in both traditional Indian dishes and healthier alternatives to refined-flour-based foods.
